Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Short version: PredictRadar has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We don't ask for your name, email or location, and we don't sell or share data for advertising.
Who we are
PredictRadar (the "App") is published by Zintex OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the limited personal data described below. You can reach us at info@zintex.dev.
What the App does with data
The App shows public prices from prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket. To do that it downloads market data from our server. You don't need to sign up, and the App doesn't read your contacts, photos, location or other personal content.
Data we process
- Technical request data. When the App loads data, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic request details (time, app version, device type) as part of normal internet traffic. These logs are used only to run, secure and troubleshoot the service and are kept for a short period.
- Subscriptions. If you buy a subscription, payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card or Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to confirm which subscription is active; it receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts and basic device data.
- Notifications. If the App offers alerts and you turn them on, we store a push-notification token for your device and the alert settings you choose, so we can send you the alerts. Turning notifications off in iOS Settings stops them.
- Settings on your device. Preferences such as filters are stored locally on your phone and are not sent to us.
We don't use advertising identifiers (IDFA), third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the App and any subscription you buy — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the service secure and working — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send alerts you turned on — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations for purchases — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing terms:
- Supabase — database and server hosting.
- RevenueCat — subscription status.
- Apple — App Store payments and push notifications, under Apple's own privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Links to other services
The App links to Kalshi, Polymarket and other venues. When you open them, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We don't receive the data you give them.
How long we keep data
Request logs are kept for a short period, usually no more than 90 days. Notification tokens and alert settings are kept while alerts are on and deleted once they stop working or you turn alerts off. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU/EEA and UK, and laws such as the CCPA in California and the LGPD in Brazil), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy. Email info@zintex.dev. Because the App has no accounts, we may ask for a detail such as your App Store order ID so we can find the right records. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Estonia, this is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate).
Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also say so in the App.
